These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of WhiteLabs Technologies' services, including our SaaS infrastructure, consulting, and digital products. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Usage License
WhiteLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform strictly for your internal business operations.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary services.
- You agree not to use our infrastructure for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, and designs) are owned by WhiteLabs Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For enterprise clients, our specific SLA guarantees uptime and support response times as defined in your Master Service Agreement (MSA). Standard access is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WhiteLabs Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
